The Penbox charge for servicing lever fillers is £29 inclusive of VAT and UK postage.

On receipt and examination of you pen/s Penbox will e-mail you with an additional quote if any replacement parts are required in addition to those required to service the pen.  However, this is not normally the case.  If no additional replacement parts are required Penbox will just acknowledge receipt of your pen/s.

If necessary and having been given an additional quote for repair, could you then please instruct Penbox to proceed with the repair or return the pen/s.  If you want Penbox to return the pen/s unrepaired, your payment will be refunded less £10 for the first pen, and £5 for additional pens.

Penbox can normally return pens within 21 days of receipt or instruction to repair.
