Postage

All advertised prices are inclusive of VAT and postage to a UK address.  Where not included the postal costs below will apply.  Postal costs will be added at checkout.  Items in stock are posted on the same or following working day.

Our postal charges are:

United Kingdom - FREE

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Italy & Spain - £6 (maximum £6 any order value).

United States, Canada - £9 (maximum £9 any order value).

Rest of the world - £12 (maximum £12 any order value).

Delivery

We deliver via insured postal services.  All items in stock are despatched the same or the next working day following the receipt of order.  Cheque payments must clear before goods are despatched - normally three days from receipt.  Delivery will then be subject to the postal providers delivery performance.  However, any date we specify for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods/services.  For delays of more than 28 days, you have the right to cancel your order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods/services.
