The Penbox charge for servicing Sheaffer Snorkels is £29 inclusive of VAT and UK postage.

On receipt and examination of you pen/s.  Penbox will e-mail you with an additional quote if any replacement parts are required, other than the gaskets and sac required to service it/them.  However, this is not normally the case .  If no additional replacement parts are required Penbox will just acknowledge receipt of your pen/s.

If necessary and having been given any additional quote for repair, could you then please instruct Penbox to proceed with the repair, or return the pen/s.  If you want the pen/s returned unrepaired, your payment will be refunded less £10 for the first, and £5 for any additional pens.  

Penbox can normally return pens within 21 days of receipt, or instruction to repair.
