These terms and conditions do not effect
your statutory rights. Penbox will treat each order for goods/services as
an offer by you to purchase the good/services subject to these terms and
conditions. We are committed to protecting your privacy, see our privacy
policy.
Description of Goods
Many of the products Penbox sell are of a
descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specification of
all products. All vintage and antique items have associated descriptive
matter and image/s for the purpose of giving an objective statement of the
condition of these items. New items also have associated descriptive
matter and image/s. However, it is not practical to publish the full
specification of all new products. For detailed specification of new items
refer to the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
Ordering
Please e-mail Penbox at sales@penbox.co.uk
to confirm availability, reserve an item, and qualify any postal charges (postal
charges only on none UK orders). You can also e-mail sales@penbox.co.uk
with any general sales enquiries. All items have a reference number.
We acknowledge all orders received. Penbox reserves the right to decline
to accept any order at our sole descretion.
Payment
Payments may be made via cheque, banker's
draft in English Pounds (Sterling) or online with all major credit and debit cards. We
also accept online credit and debit card payments via
Penbox's
verified PayPal account. Full details can be found on our Ordering

Postage
All advertised prices are inclusive of VAT and postage to
a UK
address. Overseas postal cost are listed here (postage)
and will be added at checkout if making payment online via our secure online
shopping cart.
Delivery
We deliver via insured postal
services. All items in stock are despatched the same or the next working day
following the receipt of order. Cheque payments must clear before goods
are despatched - normally three days from receipt. Delivery will then be subject to the postal providers delivery
performance. However, any date we specify for the delivery are approximate
only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or
expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods/services. For delays
of more than 28 days, you have the right to cancel your order and we will refund
any money paid by you for the goods/services.
New Product Guarantees
All new products supplied are covered by
the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee for their stated
period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident,
neglect and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables and
cosmetic damage is not covered.
Faulty
Goods - New
New products that are deemed faulty can be
returned for replacement or refund. Faulty new goods can be returned up to
7 working days following receipt of order. Please inform us by e-mail at
returns@penbox.co.uk,
stating the nature of the fault. Please also indicate if you would like a
replacement or refund. Refunds do not include any postage/packaging costs
incurred by Penbox.
Returns - Vintage
Penbox will accept back any vintage item which is
not satisfactory for any reason. If you
find a vintage item unsatisfactory, inform Penbox within 7 days of receipt, and return
it within 14 days of receipt in the same condition in which you received
it. Please inform us at returns@penbox.co.uk
stating the reason for return. Penbox will then refund you in full as soon as possible, but within 30
days. This does not include any shipping costs to overseas customers.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled if the goods have
not been despatched. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full. Please
inform us at cancellations@penbox.co.uk
