Repairs and Servicing to Lever Fillers

Apologies, but we are not accepting anymore pens for service until further notice.

The Penbox charge for servicing lever fillers is £59.

On receipt and examination of you pen/s Penbox will email you with an additional quote if any replacement parts are required in addition to those required to service the pen. If no additional replacement parts are required Penbox will just acknowledge receipt of your pen/s.

If necessary and having been given an additional quote for repair, could you then please instruct Penbox to proceed with the repair or return the pen/s. If you want Penbox to return the pen/s unrepaired, your payment will be refunded less £16 for the first pen and £6 for additional pens.

Penbox can normally return pens within 28 days of receipt or instruction to repair.
